Peter has been teaching for over 20 years, and many of his students have achieved top positions in honor bands and orchestras. He has performed or recorded with the Helios Ensemble, guitarist Pat Martino, percussionist Zakir Hussain, drummer Walfredo Reyes Jr., guitarist Larry Coryell, and others. Peter teaches classical and jazz styles, emphasizing fundamentals, technique, performance, tone production, theory, ear-training, and improvisation.

 

Peter provides a total of 5 hours of instruction per month, a mix of private and group sessions exclusive to his private students.
